Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Business Development Director to plan, direct, and optimize the department to boost visibility and census growth in a sub-acute setting. The role requires strategic leadership, regulatory awareness, and a focus on compliant, patient-centered care.

You will oversee programs, develop new business opportunities, and manage a budget while maintaining high standards of integrity and interdepartmental collaboration within a post-acute care facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Three (3) or more years’ business development experience.
• Experience in health care preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct business development programs.
• Develop new business for the facility and census development plans.
• Meet and exceed census and quality mix goals.
• Recruit, train, and supervise business development staff where applicable.
