Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities in Minnesota is seeking a Director of Health Services, RN for Vista Prairie at North Pointe, Assisted Living. This full-time role leads health services with a focus on resident well-being and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a Minnesota RN license in good standing and have at least 3 years of management experience, including senior living. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call obligations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Minnesota RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience; at least 2 years in the senior living industry.
• Working knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the health and safety of all residents are met, and to ensure that the facility is in compliance with current regulations and standards.
• Deliver and manage care through the Aspire Lifestyle Model to honor residents and enhance their quality of life.
• Engage residents using the Aspire 5 pillars of wellness, including Social, Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, and Spiritual.
• Key Accountabilities include: assessments, case management, compliance of HC licensingrequirements, residential service planning, and delegation of tasks.
