Vista Prairie Communities is hiring for a Resident Assistant at North Pointe in Minnesota. This full-time PM shift role focuses on compassionate personal care, mobility support, medication administration, and building meaningful connections with residents.

Qualifications

• Prefer 1 year of experience as an RA in a long-term care setting (Nursing or Assisted Living) preferred
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (e.g., bathing, grooming, hygiene)
• Support residents with mobility and transfers
• Administer medications as directed and in accordance with regulations
• Foster emotional well-being by creating positive, meaningful interactions
• Strive to bring joy and smiles to residents through daily care and support
