Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities is seeking a Registered Nurse Consultant to support Assisted Living and Memory Care across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa. The role involves on-site staffing, training, quality assurance, and travel to multiple communities, with a strong emphasis on resident care outcomes.

The position offers full-time hours, a $100,000–$125,000 annual salary (credit for experience), a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Travel up to 70% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of health care management, operations, quality management, and staff development.
• Experience with LTC regulatory compliance and federal/state surveys.
• RN with current licensure and willingness to become licensed in MN, WI, IA.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site staffing support to Assisted Living communities across MN, WI, and IA.
• Deliver staff training to ensure clinical excellence and consistency.
• Conduct clinical quality assurance and auditing of care practices.
• Monitor and ensure the provision of high-quality clinical care and services.
• Travel regularly to Vista Prairie Communities locations in MN, WI, and IA.
• Support and train nursing care teams to improve resident outcomes.

What You'll Need:

• Registered Nurse with current licensure, and a willingness to become licensed in the states of MN, WI, and IA.
• 5+ years of demonstrated competencies in health care management and operations, quality management, and staff development.
• Experience with LTC compliance with regulations and federal and state survey licensure surveys
