Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Vista Prairie atFieldcrest, Assisted Living and Memory Care. The role offers a meaningful career, supportive culture, competitive benefits, and opportunities to build lasting relationships within a dedicated team.

The full-time day shift (30 hours/week, 8 AM–4 PM) includes on-call duties a few times during the week, every third weekend, and holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Current IowaRN license in good standing is required.
• Experience in senior living or geriatrics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to ensure health and safety of residents.
• Conduct initial, face-to-face comprehensive assessments of prospective and new residents.
• Develop proposed service plans and care plans based on assessments.
• Reassess residents regularly and adjust care plans as needed.
• Monitor and oversee resident services to maintain quality care.
• Supervise and support care staff in daily operations.
• Provide ongoing training and education for staff.
• Help residents achieve the best possible quality of life.
