Job summary

Family Service of Rhode Island (FSRI) is seeking a seasoned leader for the Health Division to oversee service delivery, regulatory compliance, staff development, and fiscal accountability. This role shapes new and existing health services from birth to adulthood while advancing agency missions and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The position requires a Graduate degree, at least five years in a supervisory role, proficiency with multidisciplinary teams and data systems, and

Qualifications

Master's degree in a human service, public health or related field.
Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Experience with administrative oversight of multidisciplinary teams.
Experience with navigating complex systems of care.
Experience with grant writing and budget development.
Knowledge in the delivery of medical and behavioral health services to diverse ages.
Ability to work remotely with knowledge of various computer systems and databases.
Must pass a DCYF and criminal record clearance.
Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Bilingual skills a plus; multilingual skills compensated.

Responsibilities

Lead the Health Division's service delivery and regulatory compliance.
Oversee staff development and fiscal accountability.
Develop and grow new and existing health services for clients birth to adulthood.
Represent the department at internal and external meetings and subcommittees.
Achieve budgetary and programmatic goals; secure contracts and grants.
Advocate for the agency at local, state and federal levels.
