Job summary

Family Service of Rhode Island (FSRI) is seeking a leader to oversee clinical services within our Residential programs serving youth ages 13-20 in Rhode Island. You will supervise clinicians, ensure fidelity to the TST model, and collaborate with the Department of Children, Youth and Families to continuously improve program quality.

You will provide training, crisis intervention when needed, and carry clinical cases.

Qualifications

• LICSW, LMHC or LMFT required.
• Possession of a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance a must.
• Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
• Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services across residential programs.
• Supervise clinicians across programs.
• Ensure high quality evidence-based and trauma-informed care.
• Provide training, supervision, and program development to maintain fidelity to the TST model.
• Coordinate with Department of Children, Youth and Families.
• Carry clinical caseload and provide emergency crisis intervention as needed.
