Job summary

Family Service of Rhode Island (FSRI) seeks an experienced leader to oversee Clinical services in its Residential programs for youth ages 13-20. The role provides supervision to clinicians, ensures trauma-informed care, and maintains fidelity to the TST model while training staff and collaborating with the Department of Children, Youth and Families.

The position requires strong administrative and crisis intervention skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum LICSW, LMHC or LMFT licensure required.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance are a must.
• Ability to travel to community locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of Residential Clinical programs including staff training in TST.
• Ensure access to competent, trauma-informed care and timely documentation.
• Assist in hiring competent staff and review staff diagnostics.
• Provide ongoing supervision and conduct weekly staff meetings.
• Coordinate with Residential Administration and community partners.
• Transport clients and complete administrative tasks as needed.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage.
