Job summary

Family Service of Rhode Island is seeking a Vice President of the Healing Division in Providence, RI to provide strategic and clinical leadership for programs, including the CCBHC. The role oversees program quality, regulatory compliance, and outcomes, guiding division staff to deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive care within FSRI’s mission.

The VP will work with the executive team, manage diverse programs for individuals, children and families, and adapt services to evolving community

Qualifications

Master’s degree in mental health, public health, education or child development fields required.
Independent Clinical License (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) preferred.
Experience in program development, management and staff development; strong communication/presentation skills.
Experience in behavioral health and trauma-informed programming.
Proficiency with medical record software and basic office software.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic, administrative, operational, and clinical leadership for the Healing Division, including the CCBHC.
Oversee division programs, ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.
Lead program leaders and promote trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
Collaborate with executive team to guide organizational priorities and growth.
