Family Service of Rhode Island (FSRI) is seeking a dedicated supervisor for the Family Visitation and Coaching program in Providence. You will oversee case management, supervise staff, and ensure visits and services align with Medicaid and contract requirements.

The role focuses on trauma‑informed, multidisciplinary collaboration to support families toward reunification. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, 5+ years of relevant experience, strong communication,

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a human service setting.
• Knowledge of the child welfare system.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide case management and supervised visitation services to FCV families.
• Oversee initial assessments, FCV Case Manager Assessment, FAST, and treatment plans within 30 days.
• Ensure timely completion of performance evaluations for case managers.
• Provide supervision, support and guidance to program staff for professional development.
• Coordinate with DCYF and ensure Medicaid compliance and program coverage.
• Carry visitation caseload and complete all necessary documentation.
• Provide transportation as needed and onboarding of new staff.
