Job summary

Family Service of Rhode Island seeks a Vice President of the Healing Division to provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for all programs within the division, including the CCBHC. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health, public health, education or child development is required.
• Independent clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health and trauma-informed programming is required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Flexible schedule with some evenings; nontraditional hours possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, administrative, operational and clinical leadership for the Healing Division.
• Oversee CS/CCBHC programs, ensure quality, regulatory compliance and outcomes.
• Lead workforce development and program growth across divisions.
