Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability to define strategy and drive a roadmap for interoperable healthcare data solutions. You will manage 4-5 Product Owners and coordinate with Engineering, Clinical Informatics, and Executive Leadership.

The role emphasizes leading end-to-end product lifecycle, aligning priorities with regulatory requirements, and delivering scalable healthcare data products across ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management or related field in healthcare tech.
• 5+ years leading product teams in enterprise SaaS or platform products.
• 4+ years with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.).
• 3+ years in cloud-based platforms and integration tech.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability solutions.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to retirement.
• Define KPIs and measure adoption, revenue growth, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Clinical teams to scale solutions.
• Engage customers and partners to validate product direction and opportunities.
