Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability to shape the vision and roadmap of our interoperability solutions. You will lead a team of Product Owners, coordinate with engineering, clinical informatics, and executive leadership, and translate market and regulatory needs into scalable product initiatives.

You will drive adoption, ROI, and customer outcomes while ensuring compliance across healthcare data exchange standards and partnerships with health

Qualifications

10+ years in Product Management, Healthcare Technology, or Interoperability
5+ years leading product teams and complex healthcare portfolios
4+ years with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CDA, X12)
4+ years building cloud-based platforms, APIs, and data integration
3+ years with cloud-based platforms and enterprise SaaS

Responsibilities

Define and execute long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to retirement
Drive innovation with data exchange platforms, APIs and integration capabilities
Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Clinical teams
Engage with customers and healthcare partners to validate direction
Establish governance and operating models for product management
