ARCO a Family of Construction Companies in Las Vegas seeks a Director of Business Development to pursue new clients nationally from our Las Vegas office. You will be empowered with the tools to excel, take on meaningful responsibilities, and join a proven, award-winning workplace culture as you build a career.

You will identify opportunities, expand ARCO’s footprint, manage a sales plan, and travel up to 40% to grow our national client base while collaborating with marketing, PM, and operations

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of new business development experience.
• Direct sales experience preferred in food & beverage, cold storage, light industrial/manufacturing or commercial sectors.
• Design-build experience preferred.
• Proficiency with business development software such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics or Pipedrive.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
• Create and expand ARCO’s footprint and establish top of mind awareness.
• Research and analyze key economic factors that may influence market activity within specific niche markets or geographic areas.
• Help develop and manage the execution of the sales plan.
• Attend trade shows and association meetings to stay abreast of market conditions, competition, and establish relationships with new clients and prospects.
• Coordinate and manage the sales/proposal process with ARCO’s marketing, project management, and operations management teams.
• Travel as needed, up to 40%.
