Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Commercial Strategy practice delivers high‑profile, value‑driven strategy, transactions, and turn‑arounds for a diverse client portfolio. As a Director, you will lead strategy development, collaborate across teams, and drive value through go‑to‑market improvements, pricing optimization, and customer insights.

You will mentor colleagues, support business development, and ensure durable client relationships, with in‑person engagement at client sites or EY

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related work experience; or graduate degree with 3+ years.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant transactions management consulting experience.
• Experience in corporate/BU strategy development.
• Experience in commercial functions (sales, marketing, pricing).
• Go-to-market strategy and revenue synergy design/capture.
• Travel and in-person work at client sites or EY offices at least 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development, transactions and turn-arounds for clients.
• Collaborate with teams to improve client returns via strategy and operating models.
• Identify, quantify and realize revenue enhancement and margin improvements.
• Develop and coach team members to achieve career goals.
• Support business development and practice development initiatives.
