Job summary

EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution Commercial Strategy practice develops high-impact strategies for complex global clients in a fast-paced environment. You will lead engagements, shape corporate and BU strategy, and drive revenue and margin improvements with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong analytical skills, client-facing leadership, and the ability to travel up to 60% to client sites or EY offices, as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or Analytics with 2+ years of experience, or graduate degree with ~18 months experience.
• MBA is preferred; management consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development, transactions and turn-arounds for clients.
• Collaborate with EY-Parthenon team members to realize improved client returns.
• Define, quantify and realize sustainable value through revenue growth and cost improvement.
• Advise on go-to-market strategy, pricing, and commercial operating models.
