Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Boston seeks a Director to lead strategy development, transactions, and turnarounds for global clients. You will partner with teams to unlock value through go-to-market strategies, pricing, and commercial operating models.

The role requires MBA and deep experience in transactions or commercial strategy, with travel up to 60% and in-person collaboration at client sites or EY offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and 3 years of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant transactions (buy and/or sell side) management consulting experience.
• Experience in corporate/BU strategy development, commercial functions (sales, marketing, customer service, pricing), go-to-market strategy and revenue synergy design/capture.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development, transactions, and turnarounds for clients.
• Collaborate with EY-Parthenon teams to realize improved returns by identifying and unlocking value.
• Develop and optimize commercial functions (sales, service, marketing, pricing) and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop team members and contribute to practice growth and client relationships.
