Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Commercial Strategy practice is seeking a Director to lead and execute high‑impact strategy, transactions, and turnarounds for clients across various industries. You will shape corporate and BU strategy, optimize commercial functions, and drive revenue opportunities with a data‑driven, AI‑assisted approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related work experience.
• MBA preferred.
• Significant transactions management consulting experience.
• Experience in corporate/BU strategy development.
• Go-to-market strategy and revenue synergy design/capture.
• Pre‑deal strategy and growth assessments.
• Willingness to travel and in-person work 60%+.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development, transactions, and turn‑arounds for clients.
• Collaborate with EY-Parthenon teams to realize improved client returns.
• Identify value through improvements in go‑to‑market strategy, operating model, and pricing.
