Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the US seeks a Director in Strategy and Execution, Commercial Strategy, to lead and execute strategy development, transactions and turnarounds for clients. You’ll collaborate with EY-Parthenon teams to unlock value through go-to-market strategy, commercial operating models and revenue optimization.

This role is in-person, on-site client or EY office, with travel up to 60% of engagements. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in strategy or transactions are required; MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 5 years of related work experience; or graduate degree with 3 years of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant transactions management consulting experience.
• Experience in corporate/BU strategy development.
• Experience in commercial functions (sales, marketing, customer service, pricing).
• Go-to-market strategy and revenue synergy design/capture for traditional, digital and hybrid models.
• Evaluation of market landscape including market size, competition, trends and implications.
• Pre-deal strategy and growth assessments.
• Experience leading in complex business environments.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills; ability to build long-lasting relationships.
• Role is in-person at client site or EY office, 60%+ travel/comms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategy development, transactions and turnarounds for clients.
• Collaborate with EY-Parthenon teams to unlock value through improvements in strategy, go-to-market, operating model and commercial functions.
• Identify, define, quantify and realize sustainable value through revenue enhancement and cost/margin improvements.
• Support business development and practice development; mentor team members to grow their careers.
