Job summary

Delaware NorthGaming is seeking a Director of Growth Analytics to translate data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth across our land-based casinos, online gaming, and social gaming businesses.

This hands-on leader will collaborate with Marketing, Loyalty, Digital, Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams to measure effectiveness and optimize acquisition, engagement, retention, and reinvestment strategies.

Qualifications

Requires degree in business, hospitality, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in performance marketing, analytics, CRM, or loyalty marketing.
Experience leading analytics teams in multi-property or data-driven environments.
Strong proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Excel, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

Develop insights shaping enterprise performance marketing across acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation, and LTV growth.
Establish standards, scorecards, measurement frameworks, and testing approaches to improve campaign effectiveness and revenue.
Own omnichannel measurement across digital, email, SMS, mobile apps, direct mail, social, loyalty and on-property channels.
Analyze customer behavior and trends to optimize cross-channel experiences and marketing efficiency.
Build dashboards linking marketing initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
