Delaware North Gaming is seeking a Digital Marketing CRM Coordinator to join Gamewise as a Customer Relationship Management Specialist. You will execute promotional campaigns, coordinate audience segmentation and targeting, and manage lifecycles to drive retention and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a marketing role in online sports betting or online casino.
• Minimum 1 year in marketing and analytics or related educational background.
• Ability to analyze complex gaming data and make strategic business decisions.
• Understanding of the online sports betting and iCasino industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive promotional campaigns and audience segmentation with CRM tools.
• Configure audience building, lifecycle automation, and A/B testing.
