Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Jersey City is seeking an Insights Specialist within the Marketing team to translate data into actionable recommendations that improve acquisition, conversion, and retention across sports and iGaming products.

You will partner with the NA Marketing Leadership Team and Product to understand priorities, analyze data from multiple sources, and explore new analytical approaches to enhance player experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or similar field is highly preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in an analytical role with strong SQL and Excel skills.
• Self-motivated mindset and passion for solving real business problems with data.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with an interest in sports betting and iGaming.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys learning and sharing ideas.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams across the business to identify opportunities to grow Bally’s Interactive and improve the player experience.
• Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to translate priorities into analytical opportunities.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention across Sports and iGaming products.
• Support the NA Marketing Leadership Team with data-driven insights to inform decisions.
• Explore new software, tools, and analytical techniques to enhance analysis quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and embed data into business decisions.
• Communicate findings clearly to drive meaningful change.
• Collaborate with colleagues to brainstorm ideas and share knowledge.
