Job summary

GamblingCareers.com teams with Bally’s Interactive to grow the player experience through data-driven analytics. The role partners with Marketing and Product to translate priorities into insights, analyzes data from multiple sources, and provides actionable recommendations to boost acquisition, conversion, and retention in Sports and iGaming.

Support from the NA Marketing Leadership Team with data-driven decisions and opportunities to improve processes and on-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams across the business to identify opportunities to grow Bally’s Interactive and improve the player experience.
• Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to understand business priorities and translate them into meaningful analytical opportunities.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to help improve acquisition, conversion, and retention across Sports and iGaming products.
• Support the NA Marketing Leadership Team with data-driven insights to inform business and marketing decisions.
• Use creative thinking and analytical techniques to identify opportunities to improve business and product operations and the onsite player experience.
• Explore new software, tools, and analytical techniques to enhance the quality and effectiveness of analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and incorporate data more effectively into business decisions.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly and positively to help drive meaningful change.
• Collaborate with colleagues to brainstorm ideas, share knowledge, and develop new approaches to solving business challenges.
