Job summary

Acosta is seeking a seasoned Process Excellence Lead to drive the simplify-before-migrate mandate for its GBS transformation. You will lead end-to-end redesign across GCC-bound functions and enforce migration readiness with sign-off authority.

Responsibilities include baseline measurements, Lean events, and building a global team. The role targets a dual-hub model and requires strong stakeholder management, process mining, and automation design capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 8-12 years in process improvement, operational excellence, or GBS/shared services transformation with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; proven quantified productivity improvement track record.

Responsibilities

• Own the simplify-before-migrate mandate and lead end-to-end process redesign across GCC-bound functions.
• Lead process maturity assessments and establish baseline productivity metrics for all in-scope processes.
• Define and enforce the Migration Readiness Checklist; ensure SOPs, RACI, automation signals, and KT packages are complete.
• Identify quick wins and lead Lean events for high-complexity processes before the migration gate.
• Design the future-state process architecture for a dual-hub model (US, India, Mexico) within GCC+AI maturity.
• Support GPO design and standing up the GPO function from Day 1 with governance cadence.
• Develop and coach a global team of Process Excellence Analysts across regions and functions.
• Promote continuous improvement via Lean, Six Sigma, process mining, automation, and data-driven methods.
