Job summary

Exodigo is seeking a Director of Geotechnical Engineering to lead U.S. geotechnical standards, quality, and technical credibility.

The role blends engineering leadership with customer engagement for infrastructure owners, contractors, and consultants leveraging Exodigo’s subsurface intelligence. Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years of geotechnical experience on major civil projects, a PE license, and strong knowledge of DOT/ASCE standards.

Qualifications

B.S. in Civil Engineering with geotechnical focus; MS preferred.
10–15 years of progressive geotechnical experience in US civil projects.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in at least one US state.
Experience translating market needs into engineering specs and user stories.
Deep knowledge of DOT/ASCE standards and related practices.

Responsibilities

Build industry trust by communicating geotechnical value and limitations.
Lead technical discussions, proposals, and real-world application demos.
Translate requirements into engineering specs, QA, and acceptance criteria.
Review deliverables and sign off on technical quality.
Collaborate with Product and R&D to align customer needs with development.
Standardize workflows with US Project Management, Operations, and CAD/BIM teams.
