Job summary
Exodigo seeks a Director of Geotechnical Engineering to lead U.S. geotechnical standards and technical credibility, guiding delivery across infrastructure projects.
You will partner with Sales as a technical advisor and coordinate with Product, R&D, Operations, and Project Management to translate engineering needs into product requirements. The ideal candidate has extensive geotechnical experience with civil infrastructure, DOTs, and large-scale projects, plus strong relationships and leadership
Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil Engineering with geotechnical focus; MS preferred.
- 10–15 years US geotechnical infra experience.
- PE license in at least one state; ability to obtain others.
- Experience drafting engineering requirements and user stories.
- Familiar with DOT/ASCE/USACE standards.
- Strong client-facing experience with DOTs/owners.
- Hands-on agile/delivery leadership with Monday/Jira/Slack.
- Willing to travel domestically ~25–40%.
Responsibilities
- Lead geotechnical standards, quality, and technical credibility.
- Represent geotechnical expertise to owners, DOTs, and engineers.
- Guide technical discussions, proposals, and engineering challenges.
- Translate customer needs into product requirements.
- Coordinate with Product, R&D, Operations for delivery.
- Ensure nationwide QA and consistent delivery.
