Job summary

Exodigo is seeking a Director of Geotechnical Engineering to lead U.S. geotechnical standards, quality, and technical credibility.

This senior role blends engineering leadership with customer engagement to help infrastructure owners, contractors, and engineering consultants understand and trust Exodigo’s subsurface intelligence technology. The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of geotechnical engineering experience, a PE license, and deep knowledge of DOT/ASCE standards.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering with geotechnical specialization.
• 10–15 years of geotechnical engineering experience in U.S. civil infrastructure/construction.
• P.E. license in at least one U.S. state; ability to obtain more.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/ASCE standards and USACE geotechnical practice.
• Experience leading delivery teams including field operators and CAD/BIM/infrastructure engineers.
• Willingness to travel 25–40% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Build industry trust with infrastructure owners and contractors.
• Lead technical discussions, presentations, and proposals.
• Translate customer requirements into engineering specs and QA criteria.
• Review geotechnical deliverables and provide sign-off authority.
• Align customer needs with product capabilities across R&D and Product.
• Standardize workflows and ensure nationwide quality.
