Tires Easy is seeking a Director of Operations to own the end-to-end order fulfillment from supplier transmission to doorstep delivery. Reporting to the COO, you will lead the Operations team, drive supplier performance, and guide cross-functional initiatives that scale our fast-growing business.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can build new processes, apply AI and automation to reduce manual work, and shift the team from reactive firefighting to proactive risk management.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in operations management with 3+ years of people leadership.
• Experience owning supplier/logistics/fulfillment relationships at scale.
• Startup or fast-growing environment experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving and proactive risk management.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Own end-to-end order fulfillment performance and timeliness.
• Lead Ops teams and set priorities across pods.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives with AI.
