Job summary

You will collaborate with culinary and events leadership to deliver exceptional experiences, manage guest needs, and ensure accuracy of event details while upholding service standards.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Banquet service experience, preferably with knowledge of event logistics and leadership roles.
• Experience in a luxury venue with synchronized service.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest interaction and communicate with on-site contacts, event hosts and vendors.
• Work alongside culinary team and Director of Catering to ensure events are executed flawlessly.
• Prepare task agendas for staff and ensure BEOs are followed.
• Maintain pristine event space and conduct daily walk-throughs.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to deliver excellent service as a team.
• Assist with serving, bartending, or houseperson duties as needed.
