Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. seeks a technologically adept Agent Builder Leader to head the Forward Deployed Engineering Team. You will set strategy for agentic AI deployments, define standards for multi-agent orchestration, and guide architectural roadmaps across customer engagements.

Lead a high-performing team to deliver production-ready agentic systems, partner with Product, Engineering and Sales, and uphold governance and security policies globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building and scaling enterprise-grade apps or enterprise AI systems.
• 5+ years in leadership roles overseeing technical teams.
• Expert-level knowledge of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and asynchronous processing.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term strategy for Agentic AI deployments across industries.
• Establish best practices and reference architectures for Model Context Protocol and inter-agent communication.
• Standardize Agentic Development Life Cycle (ADLC) across engagements and ensure scalable, production-grade deployments.
• Evangelize Salesforce’s agentic architecture vision with customers, partners and ecosystem developers.
• Build a high-performing team capable of delivering enterprise-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Sales leadership to shape strategy and execution.
