Job summary
Salesforce is seeking a technically adept Agent Builder Leader to guide a high-performing team in delivering Agentic AI solutions directly with customers. You will set standards and an operating model for Agentic capabilities, influencing the product roadmap and enterprise adoption across our customer base.
The role requires leadership across Product, Engineering and Architecture, with strong communication to executive stakeholders and a willingness to travel up to 30% to customer sites.
Qualifications
- 10+ years building and scaling enterprise AI systems with 5+ years in leadership.
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders on complex roadmaps.
- Expertise in AI implementations, RAG, vector databases, and knowledge bases.
Responsibilities
- Define long-term strategy for Agentic AI deployments across industries.
- Establish best practices for MCP, inter-agent communication, and AI orchestration.
- Standardize Agentic Development Life Cycle across engagements.
- Lead the Agent Builder expert team to deliver enterprise-grade agents.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape strategy.
- Oversee data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices globally.
