Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a technically adept Agent Builder Leader to head a high-performing team delivering agentic AI solutions directly with customers. You will define standards, operating models, and contribute to the product roadmap for agentic adoption across the customer base.

You will drive the long-term strategy, establish best practices for MCP and inter-agent communication, and oversee end-to-end lifecycle delivery, ensuring enterprise-scale results with strong governance and security

Qualifications

• Over 10 years building and scaling enterprise AI apps, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Excellent ability to influence executives on complex roadmaps.
• Expertise in AI grounding with enterprise data, including RAG, vector DBs, and knowledge bases.
• Deep knowledge of distributed, event-driven architectures and async processing.
• Up-to-date view of LLMs and tooling for enterprise AI deployments.
• Understanding of multi-agent orchestration, data-driven decisioning and autonomous actions.
• Strategic thinking with credibility across Product, Engineering and Architecture teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
