Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a highly accomplished technologist to join our Forward Deployed Engineering Team as an Expert Agent Builder. You will architect and deliver the most complex agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers, translating ambiguous needs into executable AI implementations.

As the technical leader, you will integrate LLMs, define agentic architectures, and drive end-to-end delivery using the Agentforce platform and related frameworks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in end-to-end delivery of scalable production solutions.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Apex, JavaScript, Python).
• Experience with modern web component frameworks like React, Angular, or LWC.
• Hands-on AI/LLM experience including integration of LLMs and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Developed custom agentic frameworks and systems; strong ML/NLP knowledge.
• Data modeling, processing, integration, analytics with enterprise platforms (Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
• Experience with automated testing and test automation strategies.
• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel ~30% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Define agentic architecture and architect bespoke AI solutions leveraging the Agentforce platform.
• Build and deploy agent systems using LLMs and orchestration frameworks.
• Lead engineering best practices for code quality, scalability, and security.
• Drive platform customization using Salesforce for complex agentic solutions.
• Design data models and pipelines for optimized AI readiness.
• Identify and resolve technical blockers across delivery lifecycle.
• Advance Agentforce innovation through field insights and product feedback.
• Pursue continuous learning and apply latest AI advances.
