Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts, owner of Claremont Resort & Club, seeks a Restaurant Operations Leader to plan and manage the Restaurant, Room Service and other F&B outlets while driving guest satisfaction and financial results.

You will supervise multiple outlets, forecast budgets, ensure compliance with policies, train staff, and implement promotions to grow in-house guest share and local market presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of post high school education.
• Two+ years of full employment in a related position.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and budgeting.
• Strong supervision and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize and delegate.
• Ability to work under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day to day operations of the restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner periods.
• Direct the day to day operations of the bar operations.
• Manage the Human Resources in the various outlets; interview, hire, schedule, train, develop, empower and coach staff.
• Implement company programs and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations across outlets.
• Forecast and monitor outlet budgets to maximize revenue and manage costs.
• Respond to customer trends and issues to ensure quality experiences.
• Create and implement promotions to capture more in-house guests.
• Monitor maintenance and sanitation of outlet areas and equipment.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.
