Qualifications

• Minimum two years of post high school education.
• Two+ years of full employment in a related position.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, room service and bar.
• Forecast, monitor, and report on budgets (labor, food, beverage, supplies).
• Manage HR across outlets: interview, hire, train, evaluate, and discipline as needed.
• Ensure compliance with LSOPs/SOPs, safety regulations, and service standards.
• Develop promotions, drive guest experience, and optimize revenue while controlling costs.
