Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Associate Director of Food & Beverage to lead all dining outlets at L’Auberge Del Mar. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and staff development across multiple outlets including Adelaide Restaurant, Lobby Bar, Pool Bar, Lyric Cafe, In Room Dining, and Banquets.

You will report to the General Manager and partner with the Executive Chef to uphold luxury service standards, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with all liquor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive F&B leadership across multiple outlets, including banquets.
• Proven ability to lead salaried and hourly teams and manage a departmental budget.
• F&B Manager certification (Food Handler) and RBS certification, or ability to obtain.
• Strong computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all outlets including Adelaide Restaurant, Lobby Bar, Pool Bar, Lyric Cafe, In Room Dining, and Banquets.
• Lead service standards, guest satisfaction, and staff development across the venues.
• Set daily/weekly schedules, monitor labor costs, and manage budgets.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and department heads to execute the F&B vision.
• Ensure compliance with liquor regulations and health/safety standards.
