Job summary

Claremont Resort & Club, a landmark Bay Area luxury destination, seeks a seasoned Food & Beverage leader to direct the restaurant, room service and bar operations. You will drive guest satisfaction, mentor front-line managers and ensure service excellence across all outlets.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, and implementing programs that enhance revenue while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. A strong hospitality background and proven leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel/restaurant operations and staff leadership.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices and safety standards.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of restaurant, room service and bar to ensure quality service and compliance with policies.
• Lead staffing — hiring, scheduling, training, coaching and performance reviews to optimize guest experience.
• Forecast and monitor budgets (labor, food, beverages, supplies) to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Develop promotions and dining concepts to drive occupancy and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation and regulatory requirements across all outlets.
