Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor servers and busperson adherence to service standards.
• Supervise service of guests and attend to signals for service.
• Read daily communication sheets and prepare for next shift.
• Check floor plan coverage and restaurant cleanliness.
• Abide by state, federal and corporate liquor requirements.
• Communicate with restaurant manager about events and counts.
• Help conduct menu classes and taste panels.
• Provide clear written and verbal direction to staff.
• Attend to attendance rules and regular availability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
