Job summary

North Ridge Memory Care is seeking a maintenance supervisor responsible for the daily and preventive care, repair, and maintenance of building systems. You will directly lead environmental services staff, ensure high-quality upkeep, and promote a safe, welcoming environment for residents and families.

The role requires high school graduation and 1–2 years in a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of related field experience; supervisory experience preferred.
Possess or able to obtain a valid driver’s license with clean record; background clearance as required.

Responsibilities

Manage environmental services program for the community.
Directly manage environmental services employees: hire, coach, assign work, train; terminate per HR policies.
Perform electrical work: repair/replace switches, receptacles, lights, and motors.
Perform plumbing installations and repairs: leaks, lines, fixtures, water heaters, pipes, valves, drains, filters.
Inspect and repair flooring and roofs; ensure roof clearance of debris.
Perform minor carpentry tasks.
Maintain clean and safe work areas; promote safe operations.
Utilize carpentry, electrical, mechanical, masonry, and plumbing tools.
