Job summary

Career Strategies is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance operations of a nursing home. You will supervise staff, implement preventative maintenance programs, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with outside vendors for repairs and inspections to maintain a clean, functional facility.
