Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directly manage environmental services employees: hire, coach, assign work, train; terminate as per HR policies
• Manage environmental services program for the community
• Perform electrical work: repair/replace switches, receptacles, lights, motors
• Perform plumbing installations and repairs: leaks, lines, fixtures, water heaters
• Monitor and repair flooring and roofing; keep roof clear of debris
• Perform minor carpentry; maintain clean, safe work areas
• Use carpentry, electrical, mechanical, masonry, and plumbing tools
• Attend in-service training and safety meetings
• Provide courteous service to residents, guests and coworkers
• Uphold residents' rights and safety policies
• Know and align with the community's vision and goals
