We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Maintenance / Environmental Services Director to lead the day‑to‑day maintenance, housekeeping, safety, and environmental services operations of our skilled nursing facility.

Oversee daily Maintenance and Environmental Services operations.
Supervise, schedule, and support Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Environmental Services staff.
Maintain the facility, equipment, systems, grounds, and common areas in safe working condition.
Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and work orders.
Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, fire, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
Manage housekeeping standards, infection prevention practices, and overall facility cleanliness.
Coordinate with outside vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Maintain required records, logs, inspections, and preventive maintenance documentation.
Respond promptly to maintenance, safety, and environmental concerns.
Participate in surveys, audits, emergency preparedness, and facility improvement initiatives.
Monitor department supplies, inventory, and expenses.
Train and hold department staff accountable for performance and compliance.
Previous experience in Maintenance, Environmental Services, or Facilities Management, preferably in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting.
Prior supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, and facility safety.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
Knowledge of SNF regulatory and safety requirements is a plus.
