Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of audio visual experience and related systems.
• 1+ years of supervisory responsibility overseeing a small team.
• 2+ years of customer service or hospitality background.
• Sales experience is a plus and beneficial for client engagements.
• Proficiency with common AV equipment and live event setup.
• Strong computer hardware and software skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead venue relationships and ensure World-Class service and client retention.
• Manage daily operations, scheduling, and equipment setups for events.
• Oversee revenue, profitability, and cost controls at the location.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues on-site with minimal disruption.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and participate in site visits and reviews.
• Develop and coach a small team to deliver high performance and quality.
