Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels and provide outstanding service.
• Manage the venue P&L and drive profitability and revenue growth.
• Direct daily floor operations, scheduling and equipment setups for events.
• Act as on-site technician for events when needed.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and vendors to deliver events successfully.
