Job summary

Encore is seeking a Director, Event Technology to drive revenue and profitability for a designated location in the United States. You will lead a small team, maintain world-class service, and cultivate strong venue relationships to grow the business.

The role requires financial acumen, operational oversight, and hands-on AV knowledge to resolve equipment and software issues and ensure flawless event execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of audio visual experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels of their organization.
• Manage on-site operations ensuring equipment and services meet client and venue standards.
• Drive revenue and profitability through effective cost control and scheduling.
• Act as on-site technician for events when required and coordinate with venue staff.
