Job summary

Encore Global in New York is seeking a Director, Event Technology II to lead a high-performing team and drive revenue and profitability for the location. You will cultivate relationships with venue personnel and deliver world-class service for all events.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on operations, and collaboration with sales, operations, and client teams to maximize event value while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across all technical services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of audio-visual experience.
• 2+ years of operations/supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license for team members who may operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities
