Job summary

Cohesity seeks a Director for Europe and Emerging Distribution to lead our distribution strategy and team across Europe and emerging markets. This senior role builds distributor relationships, scales a high-performing team, and drives growth in the Disti-Managed Partner segment with regional sales and marketing leaders.

You will own multi-market growth plans, oversee ROI-driven investments, and partner with global sales plays in Cyber Up and Identity Resilience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in distribution or channel roles, including leadership.
• Proven track record building distribution teams across multiple countries.
• Experience managing senior relationships with distributors.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the Europe and Emerging distribution strategy with regional leaders.
• Lead and grow a team of Distribution Managers across Europe and Emerging markets.
• Maintain executive-level distributor relationships and multi-year partnerships.
• Develop Distributor Growth Plans and ensure target achievement.
• Represent Europe and Emerging distribution in global planning cycles.
