Job summary

Cohesity, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Account Manager based out of Turkey to manage distributors across Eastern Europe and Turkey within Cohesity's Partner Ecosystem.

You will drive distributor-led growth, enablement, and expand Cohesity's footprint in the region. Ideal candidate has a track record in distribution/channel management, strong collaboration with sales and marketing, and a willingness to travel extensively to support partners and customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of demonstrable distribution/channel management experience.
• Experience growing top distribution-managed partners.
• Experience coordinating marketing activities and measuring ROI with distributors.
• Ability to design and execute engagement strategies with distributors across Gulf countries.
• Willingness to travel >50% and work across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage distributor partnerships, executing joint business plans to grow pipeline.
• Create awareness and demand for Cohesity through distributor partners.
• Collaborate with distributors to drive bookings and GTM execution regionally.
• Forecast distributor pipeline and align with sales teams on targets.
• Develop a distributor growth strategy and plan with cross-functional teams.
• Enable distributor sales and technical teams per GTM plan with clear outcomes.
• Track distributor performance and address enablement and bookings gaps.
• Coordinate marketing activities with distributors and Cohesity marketing resources.
