Vontier is seeking a senior transformation leader to own governance and execution quality across its portfolio of lean transformations. You will translate enterprise priorities into KPI-backed charters, allocate capacity, and drive measurable KPI improvements through cross-functional sponsorship and capability transfer.

You will mentor VBSLs, establish weekly reviews, and remove barriers to ensure timely, value-driven outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in relevant business, operational, or functional field with strong background in lean transformation.
• Proven track record in enterprise transformation and business turnaround using lean methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership of complex, cross-functional transformations with measurable outcomes.
• Experience mentoring transformation leaders and influencing senior sponsors.
• Demonstrated financial judgment and ability to adapt methods across varied business conditions.
• Expert value-stream transformation and Lean thinking; proficient problem solving, growth thinking, and change leadership.

Responsabilités

• Define transformation charters with sponsors, GMs, and leaders.
• Establish baselines, sponsor engagement, and exit criteria before launch.
• Lead portfolio decisions based on enterprise value and readiness.
• Assign VBSLs and other support against approved transformations.
• Set up weekly transformation reviews and health reporting.
• Mentor VBSLs in systems thinking, problem solving, and stakeholder influence.
• Remove cross-functional barriers and ensure appropriate tools are used.
• Capture learning and improve transformation standards and charters.
