Job summary

Vontier is seeking a Senior Transformation Leader to own governance and execution quality across its portfolio of chartered value-stream transformations. You will translate enterprise priorities into KPI-backed charters, assign and coach VBSL capacity, and establish baselines and finance validation while removing cross-functional barriers.

Working through sponsors and local process owners, you will drive weekly reviews, mentor VBSLs, and ensure transformation methods fit the problem.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in business, operational, or functional field with strong lean transformation.
• Proven track record in enterprise transformation and business turnaround using lean methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Define transformation charters with sponsors and owners.
• Establish baselines, exit criteria, and governance for KPI driven programs.
• Lead weekly reviews and transparent health reporting.
• Mentor VBSLs in systems thinking and problem solving.
• Remove cross-functional barriers and drive value-stream improvements.
• Travel 30-40% across a global operating company portfolio.
